Product description
Continuous sole cleaning machine that can be walked on both sides with an integrated hand cleaning module combined with a hand disinfection turnstile unit.
The housing and the rotating mechanism of the turnstile are made entirely of stainless steel, material no. 1.4301 made. Using the reflex light sensor mounted on the turnstile housing, the brush rotation and the activation of the turnstiles can also be triggered in the opposite direction (this function can be switched off as an option).
A safety switch on the two respective entry sensors also offers reliable protection against being outsmarted and makes disinfecting both hands essential!
When entering production, the two sole brushes are automatically activated and both hands must be inserted into the hand washing chamber. Once both hands have been detected by the two sensors integrated there, the palms are automatically wetted with liquid soap and then hot water is dispensed (times can be set as required).
To dry your hands, a sufficient amount of paper towels can now be removed from the integrated roll towel dispenser and these can then be disposed of in the wastebasket provided at the system. At the customer's request, the machine is delivered WITHOUT a paper towel dispenser. As soon as hand cleaning is completed, the hand disinfection device can now be used. The hand disinfectant is drawn in using a suction lance and sprayed as a fine mist from above and below onto the hands using four special nozzles.
After hand cleaning and subsequent hand disinfection have been completed, the turnstile unlocks for approx. 3 seconds so that a person can pass through. The turnstile can be completely unlocked using the integrated release button, so that it rotates freely in both directions in an emergency. The turnstile does not have panic protection in the form of bendable bars and cannot be used as an escape route!
The continuous sole cleaning and the hand disinfection turnstile system are controlled via Siemens Logo! components. In the form of a potential-free contact, these offer many options for combining the system with extensions such as a card reader, an electronic time recording system or a controllable sliding door. It is also possible to connect a horn to emit a signal when the activation button is pressed.
